Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let sit until foamy (about 5 minutes).
- Mix in melted butter, egg, salt, and 2 cups of flour until a soft dough forms; gradually add remaining flour until slightly sticky.
- Knead on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth; place in a greased bowl and let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
- Prepare filling: warm Biscoff cookie butter and mix brown sugar with cinnamon.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread cookie butter, and sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
- Roll tightly from the long edge, cut into 12 pieces, and place in a greased baking pan. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 22-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk for glaze; drizzle over warm rolls.
