Instructions

- Make the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine the foamy yeast mixture with melted butter, salt, egg, and flour. Mix until cohesive.
- Knead the Dough: Knead by hand or using a stand mixer until smooth and elastic (5-7 minutes).
- Allow to Rise: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled (about 1 hour).
- Roll Out and Fill: Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread Biscoff cookie butter evenly.
- Form the Rolls: Roll tightly from one end to another; slice into about 12 rolls.
- Second Rise: Place rolls in a greased baking dish; cover with a towel and let rise until doubled (30 minutes).
- Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with Glaze: Mix powdered sugar with milk for glaze; drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
