- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp cold butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together flour, powdered sugar, and cold butter until crumbly. Press into the prepared pan for the crust.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in blueberries.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- For the topping, combine flour, brown sugar, and cold butter; work into coarse crumbs and sprinkle over the filling.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown; cool completely before cutting into bars.
