- 2 English Cucumbers (or Persian cucumbers)
- 1 cup cooked chicken or turkey (instead of imitation crab)
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions or radishes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Chop the cucumbers, cooked chicken or turkey, and avocado into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, cream cheese, and soy sauce until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the chopped ingredients and gently toss to combine.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with sesame seeds and optional scallions or radishes. Serve immediately for the best flavor.
