- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 large Honeycrisp apple
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup granola
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Wash and core the Honeycrisp apple, then dice into small chunks while keeping the skin on for added nutrition.
- In a non-stick pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add diced apples and cinnamon, cooking for 3-4 minutes until golden and slightly caramelized.
- Spoon Greek yogurt into a serving bowl to create an even base.
- Top with warm caramelized apples, followed by granola and chopped walnuts.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and optionally sprinkle more cinnamon before serving immediately.
