Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 dinner rolls
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Drain excess fat.
- Hollow out the tops of each dinner roll and fill them with the beef mixture and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Mix melted butter and minced garlic in a bowl; brush this over the tops of the stuffed rolls.
- Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
