- 2 heads cauliflower (cut into florets)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1.5 cups milk
- 2.5 cups cheddar cheese
- 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 1.5 tbsp oregano
- 1.5 tbsp basil
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat; sauté onion until translucent. Add garlic and then brown the ground beef.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and seasonings until well combined.
- In a large bowl, whisk together milk with cheddar and mozzarella; fold in cooked cauliflower and beef mixture.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish; top with panko mixed with olive oil.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
