Instructions
- In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, sugar (if using), and vanilla until frothy.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add butter or oil.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture for about 10-15 seconds on each side.
- Cook the soaked bread on the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Repeat with remaining slices and serve warm with desired toppings.
