Instructions

- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the gnocchi according to package directions until they float (about 2-3 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic to the reserved fat; cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Pour in heavy cream, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
- Add cooked gnocchi to the sauce, tossing gently to coat. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Fold in the crispy turkey bacon and garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
