  • 8 oz cooked macaroni
  • 1/3 cup green onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp white grape juice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the macaroni, green onion, bell pepper, celery, and peas.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, white grape juice vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, dill, salt, black pepper, and Old Bay seasoning until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to coat.
