Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked shrimp, tail-off
- 8 oz cooked macaroni
- 1/3 cup green onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 1/2 cups diced celery
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp white grape juice vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, mix together the macaroni, green onion, bell pepper, celery, and peas.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, white grape juice vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, dill, salt, black pepper, and Old Bay seasoning until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to let flavors meld.
