- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add sliced turkey sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Chop the potatoes, zucchini, onion, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss veggies into the pan with the sausage and mix well.
- Sprinkle in seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt—stir to coat evenly.
- Cook occasionally until vegetables are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
