- Ground beef (80/20)
- Fresh garlic cloves
- Brioche hamburger buns
- Heavy cream
- Mayonnaise

- Fresh arugula
- Garlic powder

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream with minced garlic over medium-low until fragrant. Remove from heat and whisk in mayonnaise.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, remaining minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.
- Cook patties in a heated skillet or grill pan for 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
- Toast the brioche buns in a skillet or under the broiler until golden brown.
- Assemble by placing arugula on the bottom bun, topping it with the patty and drizzling generously with creamy garlic sauce before adding the top bun.
