Ingredients
- 6 brioche slider buns
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1/3 cup honey mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 6 lettuce leaves
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Marinate chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and half of the honey mustard for 15 minutes.
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (6-8 minutes) and drain on paper towels.
- Grill marinated chicken on medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through (165°F).
- Mix butter with chopped parsley; spread on cut sides of brioche buns and toast in a skillet until golden.
- Slice grilled chicken and tomatoes, then assemble each slider with honey mustard-mayo mix on the bottom bun followed by lettuce, chicken, bacon, tomato, and the top bun.
