- Egg roll wrappers
- Cream cheese

- Cooked chicken or beef
- Cheddar cheese

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, diced jalapeños, crumbled cooked chicken or beef, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and garlic powder. Mix well until combined.
- Lay out egg roll wrappers on a clean surface. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the filling in the center of each wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, tuck in the side corners, and roll tightly towards the top corner; seal edges with water.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry 2-3 rolls at a time for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
