  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
