- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/8 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 3.5 lb chicken breasts (pounded to a uniform 1/2-inch thickness)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, minced garlic, dried rosemary, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika until well blended.
- Place 3.5 lbs of pounded chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or container. Pour the marinade over the chicken to ensure it's fully coated. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours for maximum flavor.
- Preheat your grill over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade (discard any leftover marinade) and grill each breast for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
- Let the grilled chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serve with your favorite sides.
