  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters
  • Crushed ice
  • Fresh mint sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Gently slap fresh mint leaves between your palms to release their oils.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the slapped mint leaves and honey syrup. Use a muddler to press the mint without shredding it.
  3. Pour in the sparkling water and add two dashes of bitters. Fill the shaker with crushed ice.
  4. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to mix and chill.
  5. Strain into a glass filled with more crushed ice. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and enjoy!
