Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and arrange them in the slow cooker.
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, olive oil, dried rosemary, thyme, paprika, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Coat the chicken evenly with the honey-herb mixture.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serve with pan juices.
