Instructions
- Cook white rice according to package directions. Fluff with a fork and set aside.

- Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning with 1/4 cup water; simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Dice tomatoes, cube avocados, and chop cilantro while the beef cooks.
- Assemble bowls by dividing rice into four portions and topping with seasoned beef, corn, tomatoes, and avocado.
- Drizzle cheese sauce over each bowl and sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving warm.
