Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 6 flour tortillas (Street Taco size)
- 6 slices muenster cheese
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced onions
- Pickles
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp pickles (minced very fine)
- 1 tbsp pickle brine
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp sugar
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with kosher salt and black pepper; mix gently.
- Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Divide the beef into six equal portions and smash each portion flat in the skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes until browned.
- Flip the patties and place a slice of muenster cheese on top; cook until melted.
- Warm tortillas in another skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Assemble tacos by placing a cheesy patty in each tortilla and topping with lettuce, onions, pickles, and drizzling with special sauce.
- Serve immediately while warm.
