Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine white beans, chopped herbs, roasted red peppers, shallot, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, kosher salt, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, stir gently and enjoy on its own or over greens.
